Research at the COR Lab is grounded in our desire to contribute to a better world and is centered around positive organizational scholarship, a perspective committed to "revealing and nurturing the highest level of human potential" (Center for Positive Organizations). Within this broad research area, we focus particularly in:
- Courage in the workplace (positive ethics and virtues);
- Employee well-being (positive culture and practices);
- Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (positive culture and practices).
We utilize a variety of methodologies (survey, experimental, meta-analytic, and qualitative) and data sources to answer research questions with rigorous empirical evidence.
