Dr. Yanhong Li received her Ph.D in Management with Specialization in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources from the Telfer School of Management, University of Ottawa, in 2022. She joined the Odette School of Business, University of Windsor, in 2023 as an Assistant Professor after completing her postdoctoral fellowship at the Faculty of Business Administration, Memorial University of Newfoundland. 

She is happiest when eating yummy food.
